  • What products do you offer?

    • I offer limited editions of my photographs in acrylic, canvas, and fine art prints.

  • Shipping

    • I work very diligently to communicate with my customers and make sure their products arrive in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary, especially for larger products. If it is 3-5 days past the expected arrival date of a product, please email: mackenziepagephotography@gmail.com.

  • Return Policy

    • All of my products are final sale items.

  • Exchange Policy

    • I want my customers to be 100% happy with their piece of artwork. I accept exchanges within 14 days of purchasing, or the arrival date if an item is shipped. The item must be in the original packaging and unopened. If an item is opened or past the 14 day period I can not accept exchanges.

    • If the item being exchanged is priced higher than the original item purchased I will charge the difference between the products. If it is smaller I will refund the difference to the customer.

    • The customer must pay shipping for the exchanged products. Shipping costs are not included in a refund if a customer is exchanging for a smaller piece.

  • Damaged Products

    • If a product arrives damaged please email: mackenziepagephotography@gmail.com with photographs of the damaged product and I will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The customer must reach out within 14 days of purchase or delivery date.

  • Custom Orders & Collaborations

    • If a customer is interested in a custom product that is not listed on my website please email mackenziepagephotography@gmail.com.
